The London Borough of Hackney is to the north-east of the City of London and neighboured by the London Boroughs of Tower Hamlets, to the south; Islington to the west at Southgate Road; Haringey to the north. On the east, the River Lee forms the boundary with Waltham Forest.
who we are:
Started by Genesis Housing in the North East Neighbourhood and Shoreditch Trust in the Shoreditch Neighbourhood in 2002, there are now 27 Shoreditch wardens. We will be expanding in the near future to cover the entire borough (we currently cover two wards).
